Welcome to Flexhouse, a rental accommodation booking company. By becoming a member with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Membership:
- Membership is available for one-off sign-up fee.
- The members sign-up fee is deducted from their first booking with Flexhouse.
- Flexhouse members are required to pass a security check each time they book a Flexhouse property.
- If circumstances arise where a customer has paid for a booking but the security check is failed the customer will be refunded in full and the booking will be cancelled.
- Failing the security check is grounds for immediate cancellation of Flexhouse membership.
- Late payment for a booking, either before or during, is grounds for immediate cancellation of Flexhouse membership.
- Members are required to provide a valid payment method to become a member.
Cancellation:
- If you choose to cancel your membership with Flexhouse within the first 3 months, your sign-up fee will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
- Your account will be closed permanently upon cancellation of your membership.
Modification of Terms:
- Flexhouse reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and will notify members of any changes via the Flexhouse website.
- Continued use of the Flexhouse services following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

- Flexhouse is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during the use of our properties.
- Flexhouse makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service or the information, content, materials or products included on this site.
- Flexhouse reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time.
Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
